Lignum Build did a complicated internal reconfiguration job for us which involved a good number of steels and other complications such as moving of electrical supply. Pat and his team were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The job was completed within the timeframe given at the start of the job and they came back to finish snagging list at the end without any delays. Since then Lignum Build have done a number of smaller jobs for me. Pat has used well qualified and knowledgeable sub-contractors as required throughout. I have found their work to be of a consistent high standard. I would highly recommend them.

Our family required more space during lockdown. I contacted Patrick at Lignum for a quote, to convert our loft space. The quote was competitive and Pat pointed out that we could add value by converting the space into two rooms with an en-suite. The build was completed on time and we went slightly over budget due to the additional cost of our choice of en-suite. Great job and much appreciated for creating a beautiful space for our girls.
